Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in Settings on your iPhone under your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
How does the free trial work?
Monthly and Annual plans start with 14 days free. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
What happens to my trips if Pro ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your trips, lists and templates stay on your devices and in iCloud; the free limits apply again to new trips and AI requests.
Does Pro work on my iPad too?
Yes. Pro follows your Apple Account, so it unlocks on every iPhone and iPad signed in to it. If it doesn't appear right away, tap Restore on the upgrade screen.
Who handles payment?
Apple processes every purchase through the App Store. PackNinja never sees your card details.
